As Business Development Manager for DCP, Caitlin is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and sourcing new project opportunities for the firm. She has a decade of marketing and business development experience representing commercial construction and engineering firms in Richmond.
Caitlin is active in a variety of commercial real estate organizations. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Women of Richmond. She previously served on the Board of the Central Virginia chapter of Women in Healthcare. Caitlin is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
