YWCA Renovation
DCP was honored to be the construction partner for the YWCA as they undertook the 30,000 SF renovation of their 107-year old Richmond headquarters. To better accommodate and support their mission, their physical space required a major overhaul. Completed in eight months, this historical tax credit project consisted of major interior and exterior renovations and upgrades. This project has updated the 4-story building, creating designated workspaces for both collaborative and private work, counseling, training, and event-hosting.
