Jumpology
The Jumpology project in Glen Allen, VA required some construction but relied heavily on construction management. The owner was a corporation from North Carolina unfamiliar with the Richmond area. Dominion Construction Partners acted as construction project consultants advising them on the quality of various locations prior to committing to a lease, performed maintenance work, then vetted and hired an architectural firm to design the space.
DCP also provided expertise in working with the local municipality to gain compliance with permit and occupancy requirements.
