A veteran of the commercial construction industry, Gibson has over 20 years of commercial general contracting and construction management experience with a record of consistently delivering successful projects. His extensive and varied experience provides valuable insight for integrating construction means, methods, systems, and contracts to achieve overall project goals for quality, schedule, and cost.

Gibson interacts regularly with Clients / Owners, Tenants, Designers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to ensure their satisfaction with each DCP project. Gibson’s experience and knowledge includes a wide range of project types for both new construction and renovation. He has overseen complex projects within multiple markets, including healthcare, industrial, office, retail, institutional, and historic rehabilitation.

Gibson establishes strategic initiatives, company-wide systems and procedures. He provides leadership and management expertise to ensure the appropriate corporate resources are available to consistently meet DCP’s client expectations.

Gibson is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, and is an active member of the community.
